We’ve been successful in this unique business for over 30 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer.</p> <p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Process Server Performance Specialist, you will ensure that ABC is working with the best process servers out there. Your role will focus on coaching, training, supporting, and providing feedback to make our process servers as successful as possible.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide support, training and education to process servers that are underperforming based on key metrics</li> <li>Create positive and engaging server experience for all underperforming process servers: <ul> <li>Communicate directly with process servers providing coaching and meaningful feedback</li> <li>Field all questions from process servers and resolve blockers</li> <li>Ensure process servers understand expectations and the timeframe in which they need to adjust.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Set clear expectations for underperforming servers</li> <li>Review assigned reports daily, reach out to disengaged servers to identify and resolve the reasons they are not attempting jobs timely.</li> <li>Hold Servers accountable to directly impact performance</li> <li>Track and communicate all blockers to the leadership team <ul> <li>Work closely with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience training and/or coaching</li> <li>Proficient navigating and working independently in Skye</li> <li>Not hesitant to be on the phone and communicate effectively</li> <li>Comfortable with technology and navigating through a new system potentially</li> <li>High school diploma or GED required</li> <li>Familiarity with Legal Process servers</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>The ability to<strong>&nbsp;</strong>analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Range</strong> - $16- $24 depending on location and experience</p> <p><strong>Schedule </strong>- Remote; Flexible with Timezone</p> <p><strong>We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
