The Work:

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management module to meet the unique needs of federal government clients. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, identifying any gaps between current system capabilities and business objectives, and translating these findings into actionable solutions.
