You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, identifying any gaps between current system capabilities and business objectives, and translating these findings into actionable solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), developing detailed test conditions and scenarios, and configuring the Oracle Core HCM module to ensure it aligns with client expectations.
