Ready to make your mark?</strong></em></p> <p>As a <strong><em>Senior Technical Implementation Consultant</em></strong>, you will work to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each client.</p> <p>You will spend your day working with project teams to ensure our suite of products are being developed to comply with clients needs and are delivered successfully by configuring the software. A Senior Technical Implementation Consultant performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. Apply now!</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities</strong></em><br/><strong>What you can expect on a typical day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Configuration of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the client business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools</li> <li>Lead and participate in business requirements gathering and refinement with the client in meetings and client workshops. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams.</li> <li>Comprehension of the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, proper sequence of product setting implementation)</li> <li>Understand the project scope and implementation approach while identifying and escalating out of scope requirements to key stakeholders</li> <li>Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges</li> <li>Communicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely manner</li> <li>Create complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills</li> <li>Perform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>4-6 Years experience in software implementations</li> <li>Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL</li> <li>Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel</li> <li>Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role</li> <li>Familiarity with a report writer such as crystal reports, Cognos, actuate, etc.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel</li> <li><em><strong>Associates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model. </strong></em></li> </ul> <p>A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:</p> <ul> <li>Experience noted above, OR</li> <li>Military Experience.
