<p>Description</p><p><strong>Summary/Objective</strong></p><p>This position supports the daily operations of the Revenue Cycle Management Department by providing administrative and operational assistance to the RCM team.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>· Provide administrative support for the Revenue Cycle Management Department, including daily lockbox correspondence reconciliation.</p><p>· Research and reconcile correspondence to accurately match it to the appropriate patient account.</p><p>· Route correspondence, attach documentation to patient records, and notify the appropriate parties based on the nature of the correspondence.</p><p>· Ensure timely handoff of correspondence to Advocare RCM and eCW-RCM.</p><p>· Maintain departmental files, reports, documentation, and related records.</p><p>· Monitor assigned work and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed.</p><p>· Communicate system, site, and operational issues to the RCM Manager in a timely manner.</p><p>· Assist with departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.</p><p>· Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, quality, and cost savings.</p><p>· Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) </strong></p><p>· The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.
