Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.</p> <p>Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:</p> <p>• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States<br /> • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace<br /> • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings<br /> • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities<br /> • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense</p> <p>No prior insurance experience is required.
