<p align="center"><b>Are you excited by the prospect of working with innovative cloud and security solutions?</b></p><p align="center"><b>Would you like the opportunity to work in a high-impact role responsible for customer growth?</b></p><p><b>Join our Akamai Zero Trust Team!</b></p><p>The Technical Account Manager (TAM) goal is to ensure that our customers' organization is fully leveraging.</p><p><b>Partner with the best</b></p><p>Ensure our customer's organization is fully leveraging using our state-of-art Zero Trust solutions!</p><p>As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class="lst">Being customer's main technical contact and acting as a trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.</li><li class="lst">Designing a journey with customer and provide assistance to help them on achieving planned milestones.</li><li class="lst">Identifying and analyzing customer's requirements and providing technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.</li><li class="lst">Assessing the deployment on a regular basis to identify gaps and provide best-practice / optimization recommendations.</li><li class="lst">Supporting integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions.</li><li class="lst">Providing technical training to the customer's team on the use and maintenance of the implemented Akamai products.</li></ul><p><b>Do what you love</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class="lst">5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science or electrical engineering</li><li class="lst">Possess technical background and practical experience in cybersecurity</li><li class="lst">Build trusted relationships as the primary technical contact, ensuring customer success with Akamai Zero Trust solutions</li><li class="lst">Deliver expert advice on infrastructure design and optimization in on-premises and cloud services while developing strategies leveraging Akamai's Products</li><li class="lst">Demonstrate exceptional ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.</li><li class="lst">Have advanced proficiency in English, with full fluency in both written and spoken communication</li></ul><p><b>About us</b></p><p>At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.<br />Whether you're streaming live events, scrolling social media, watching your favorite series, or managing your savings, we're the engine behind the scenes.
