This is an opportunity to connect with our growing Dayforce practice and be considered for contract projects that align with your expertise, availability, and experience.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Please note:</span></strong><span> This is a </span><strong><span>contractor bench opportunity and does not guarantee an immediate project assignment.</span></strong><span> Candidates who meet our requirements may be added to our contractor bench and contacted when a suitable client engagement becomes available.</span></p> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></span></h5> <ul> <li><span>Support clients through </span><strong><span>end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations</span></strong><span>, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</span></li> <li><span>Configure and validate </span><strong><span>Dayforce WFM</span></strong><span> rules, including timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling rules, pay codes, and workforce data configurations.</span></li> <li><span>Create data mappings from source systems to Dayforce WFM and develop functional specifications for required configurations or customizations.</span></li> <li><span>Support testing activities, troubleshoot configuration issues, and coordinate client acceptance of delivered solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Create and maintain requirements documentation, design specifications, configuration documentation, and project plans throughout the engagement lifecycle.</span></li> <li><span>Build strong client relationships by communicating clearly, handling questions and feedback professionally, and delivering high-quality work.</span></li> <li><span>Escalate project, technical, or configuration issues appropriately to project managers, practice leads, or other team members.</span></li> <li><span>Manage multiple client engagements and project deliverables while accurately tracking time, forecasting hours, and meeting project expectations.</span></li> <li><span>Facilitate client meetings, workshops, working sessions, and demonstrations.</span></li> <li><span>Provide best-practice recommendations and functional guidance based on Dayforce WFM capabilities and client requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with internal project teams and contribute to a team-oriented consulting environment.</span></li> </ul> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</strong></span></h5> <ul> <li><strong><span>3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dayforce WFM</span></strong><span>, including configuration of </span><strong><span>timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of Workforce Management concepts and Dayforce WFM functionality.</span></li> <li><span>Experience supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</span></li> <li><span>Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take accountability for deliverables, maintain high-quality work, and proactively manage project responsibilities.</span></li> <li><span>Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and handle client feedback professionally.</span></li> <li><span>Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present materials and facilitate client working sessions.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a consulting environment.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to accurately track time, meet project deadlines, and work within established utilization and project expectations.</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Dayforce WFM certification is strongly preferred</span></strong><span>, or willingness to obtain certification as required.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment while collaborating effectively with distributed project teams.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Contractor readiness:</span></strong><span> Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when a suitable client opportunity becomes available.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Availability:</span></strong><span> Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential start date for contract engagements.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to commit to agreed project schedules and deliverables once assigned to a client engagement.</span></li> <li><strong><span>For US and Canada candidates:</span></strong><span> Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.</span></li> <li><strong><span>For Philippines candidates:</span></strong><span> Remote position;
