This is an opportunity to connect with Align HCM for contract projects that match your expertise, availability, and experience.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Please note:</span></strong><span> This is a </span><strong><span>contractor bench opportunity and does not guarantee an immediate project assignment.</span></strong><span> Candidates who meet our requirements may be added to our contractor bench and contacted when a suitable client engagement becomes available.</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>In This Role, You Will:</strong></span><span>&nbsp;</span></h5> <ul> <li><span>Serve as a trusted consultant and guide for clients throughout </span><strong><span>UKG Pro implementations</span></strong><span>, with a strong focus on the </span><strong><span>Payroll module</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><span>Support the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</span></li> <li><span>Translate business requirements into clear documentation, project plans, functional specifications, and system solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, testing, and conversion from source systems into UKG Pro.</span></li> <li><span>Manage multiple client deliverables and priorities while maintaining strong client relationships and project timelines.</span></li> <li><span>Recommend best practices and consulting strategies to help clients optimize their UKG Pro environment and HR/payroll processes.</span></li> <li><span>Lead client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and presentations, making complex technical and functional concepts easy to understand.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with project teams, clients, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.</span></li> </ul> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</strong></span><span>&nbsp;</span></h5> <ul> <li><strong><span>3+ years of hands-on experience</span></strong><span> with full-cycle HR/payroll system implementations, with strong experience in </span><strong><span>UKG Pro Payroll</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><span>Experience working in a </span><strong><span>professional services, consulting, or client-facing environment</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><strong><span>UKG Pro certification is strongly preferred.</span></strong></li> <li><span>Demonstrated experience configuring, developing, testing, and supporting UKG Pro Payroll solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Strong technical skills, including </span><strong><span>SQL queries, basic scripting, and relational database concepts</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of the software development/project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and rollout.</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Contractor readiness:</span></strong><span> Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when a suitable client opportunity becomes available.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Availability:</span></strong><span> Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential start date for contract engagements.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to commit to agreed project schedules and deliverables once assigned to a client engagement.</span></li> <li><strong><span>For US and Canada candidates:</span></strong><span> Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.</span></li> <li><strong><span>For Philippines candidates:</span></strong><span> Remote position;
