This is an opportunity to connect with Align HCM for contract projects that match your expertise, availability, and experience.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Please note:</span></strong><span> This is a </span><strong><span>contractor bench opportunity and does not guarantee an immediate project assignment.</span></strong><span> Candidates who meet our requirements may be added to our contractor bench and contacted when a suitable client engagement becomes available.</span></p> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></span></h5> <ul> <li><span>Serve as a trusted consultant and guide for clients implementing and optimizing </span><strong><span>UKG Workforce Management solutions</span></strong><span>, including </span><strong><span>UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and UKG Dimensions</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><span>Support end-to-end implementation activities, including discovery, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</span></li> <li><span>Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and functional solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Configure Workforce Management modules such as </span><strong><span>Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and Attendance</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to requirements documentation, functional designs, configuration documentation, and testing activities.</span></li> <li><span>Troubleshoot system and configuration issues during implementation, testing, and deployment.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders across multiple project workstreams.</span></li> <li><span>Manage multiple client engagements and deliverables within a consulting environment.</span></li> <li><span>Provide best-practice recommendations and functional guidance to help clients optimize their UKG WFM solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in client meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and implementation discussions.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain strong UKG product knowledge through ongoing training, certification, and continuous learning.</span></li> </ul> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</strong></span></h5> <ul> <li><strong><span>3+ years of experience</span></strong><span> implementing, configuring, or supporting Workforce Management or Time &amp; Attendance systems.</span></li> <li><span>Strong hands-on experience with </span><strong><span>UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and/or UKG Dimensions</span></strong><span> is highly preferred and considered a core requirement.</span></li> <li><span>Experience with </span><strong><span>Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)</span></strong><span> is highly relevant and will be considered, particularly for candidates with strong WFM implementation experience.</span></li> <li><span>Experience with </span><strong><span>UKG UTA (Ultimate Time &amp; Attendance)</span></strong><span> or other legacy UKG timekeeping platforms is a plus.</span></li> <li><span>Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support for Workforce Management implementations.</span></li> <li><span>Experience configuring modules such as </span><strong><span>Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and/or Attendance</span></strong><span>.</span></li> <li><span>Client-facing implementation, consulting, or solution delivery experience within an HCM/WFM environment.</span></li> <li><span>Experience leading a module, workstream, or significant portion of an implementation project.</span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of Workforce Management concepts, including timekeeping rules, pay rules, schedules, accruals, attendance, and employee data structures.</span></li> <li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed project teams.</span></li> <li><span>Willingness to participate in UKG product training, certification programs, and continuous learning initiatives.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Contractor readiness:</span></strong><span> Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when a suitable client opportunity becomes available.</span></li> <li><strong><span>Availability:</span></strong><span> Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential start date for contract engagements.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to commit to agreed project schedules and deliverables once assigned to a client engagement.</span></li> <li><strong><span>For US and Canada candidates:</span></strong><span> Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.</span></li> <li><strong><span>For Philippines candidates:</span></strong><span> Remote position;
