It does not involve selling recruiting or staffing services.</p>Our Research Ecosystem<p>AlphaHire’s intelligence capabilities are supported by a growing research ecosystem that includes the Workforce Intelligence Lab and the AlphaHire Research Library.</p><p>The Workforce Intelligence Lab is our nonprofit research organization focused on advancing workforce intelligence through original research, publications, fellowships, academic collaboration, grants, and institutional partnerships.</p><p>Our research ecosystem collaborates with multiple universities, academic faculty, research scientists, industry experts, and analytical partners. Research areas include:</p><ul><li>Workforce economics</li><li>Labor-market forecasting</li><li>Infrastructure workforce capacity</li><li>Compensation intelligence</li><li>Labor shortages and hiring competition</li><li>Construction workforce trends</li><li>Workforce planning and execution risk</li></ul><p>The AlphaHire Research Library brings together workforce studies, market intelligence, executive briefings, data, white papers, and industry research designed to support better executive decisions.</p>The Opportunity<p>AlphaHire is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to build commercial relationships that expand the reach, distribution, and adoption of AlphaHire Intelligence across the United States.</p><p>You will identify organizations that already advise, influence, convene, or provide services to AlphaHire’s target buyers. These relationships may include referral partnerships, co-selling arrangements, channel relationships, commercial research collaborations, data partnerships, enterprise distribution opportunities, and other revenue-producing alliances.</p><p>Potential partners may include:</p><ul><li>Management consulting and advisory firms</li><li>Private equity service-provider networks</li><li>Infrastructure and investment organizations</li><li>Engineering, EPC, and professional-services firms</li><li>Construction and industry associations</li><li>Economic-development and site-selection organizations</li><li>Enterprise technology and data providers</li><li>Research and market-intelligence platforms</li><li>Utilities, developers, and major project ecosystems</li><li>Professional and institutional networks</li></ul><p>Customer engagements produced through these partnerships typically range from approximately $50,000 to $250,000 in first-year contract value.</p> <ul><li>Identify and prioritize organizations capable of introducing, distributing, recommending, or co-selling AlphaHire Intelligence.</li><li>Develop relationships with senior executives, managing directors, partners, practice leaders, association leaders, and ecosystem decision-makers.</li><li>Build the strategic and commercial case for partnering with AlphaHire.</li><li>Determine the appropriate partnership model, including referral, co-selling, channel, distribution, research, data, or enterprise-access arrangements.</li><li>Lead initial partnership conversations and executive discovery.</li><li>Qualify each organization’s buyer access, market credibility, commercial alignment, and revenue potential.</li><li>Develop partnership proposals and activation plans with AlphaHire leadership.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms within approved parameters.</li><li>Establish clear account ownership, referral attribution, opportunity-registration, and communication processes.</li><li>Convert partnership agreements into active introductions, qualified opportunities, and collected revenue.</li><li>Coordinate partner-enabled executive briefings, demonstrations, events, research discussions, and market initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of partner activity, introductions, opportunities, and revenue.</li><li>Monitor partnership performance and prioritize relationships producing measurable commercial outcomes.</li><li>Represent AlphaHire accurately using approved positioning, research, and commercial materials.</li></ul> <p>This opportunity may be a strong fit if you have previously worked as a:</p><ul><li>Director of Strategic Partnerships</li><li>Strategic Partnerships Executive</li><li>Alliances Director</li><li>Channel Sales Director</li><li>Partner Development Director</li><li>Ecosystem Partnerships Director</li><li>Business Development Director</li><li>Client Partner</li><li>Managing Director</li><li>Industry or Practice Leader</li></ul><p>We are most interested in the partnerships you have personally originated, the executive relationships you can credibly activate, and the revenue those partnerships produced.</p><p>Successful candidates will understand that a partnership is valuable only when it creates measurable access, qualified opportunities, strategic distribution, or commercial revenue.</p><p>AlphaHire provides equal consideration to qualified applicants and contractors without regard to legally protected characteristics.</p>
