Its research areas include:</p><ul><li>Workforce economics</li><li>Labor-market forecasting</li><li>Infrastructure workforce capacity</li><li>Compensation intelligence</li><li>Labor shortages and hiring competition</li><li>Construction workforce trends</li><li>Workforce planning and execution risk</li></ul><p>The AlphaHire Research Library brings together workforce studies, market intelligence, executive briefings, data, white papers, and industry research designed to support better executive decisions.</p>The Opportunity<p>AlphaHire is seeking experienced Enterprise Account Executives who can originate, develop, and close new enterprise relationships across the United States.</p><p>You will sell intelligence solutions to senior executives and investment professionals evaluating major projects, acquisitions, expansions, bids, and growth strategies. Typical first-year contract values range from approximately $50,000 to $250,000.</p><p>This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role. You will be responsible for creating qualified pipeline, opening executive relationships, leading discovery, coordinating solution development, building the commercial case, and advancing opportunities through signature.</p><p>AlphaHire leadership and research specialists will support qualified opportunities with approved positioning, intelligence capabilities, executive briefings, demonstrations, research expertise, proposal development, and subject-matter support.</p>What You Will Do<ul><li>Build and manage a targeted portfolio of enterprise prospects.</li><li>Generate new opportunities through your professional network, direct outreach, referrals, industry relationships, and strategic account development.</li><li>Engage CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, business-unit presidents, operating partners, investment teams, developers, and project executives.</li><li>Identify projects, investments, acquisitions, expansions, and market-entry decisions where workforce conditions could create execution risk.</li><li>Lead executive discovery conversations focused on business decisions, financial exposure, workforce capacity, and operating outcomes.</li><li>Translate client challenges into clearly defined AlphaHire Intelligence opportunities.</li><li>Develop account strategies and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.</li><li>Coordinate executive briefings, demonstrations, research discussions, and solution-development sessions.</li><li>Develop business cases, proposals, and commercial recommendations with AlphaHire leadership.</li><li>Manage objections, procurement requirements, negotiations, and closing activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and activity records.</li><li>Build relationships that can expand from an initial intelligence engagement into recurring monitoring and enterprise access.</li><li>Represent AlphaHire accurately using approved messaging, research, and commercial materials.</li></ul> <ul><li>A demonstrated record of personally sourcing and closing enterprise B2B business.</li><li>Experience selling contracts generally valued between $50,000 and $250,000 or more.</li><li>Experience selling to senior executives, private equity professionals, investors, or major project stakeholders.</li><li>The ability to generate pipeline independently rather than relying entirely on inbound leads or an SDR team.</li><li>Experience navigating complex buying committees and longer enterprise sales cycles.</li><li>Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and consultative discovery skills.</li><li>The ability to connect intelligence and analysis to financial, operational, investment, and project outcomes.</li><li>Strong written, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills.</li><li>Consistent CRM and pipeline-management discipline.</li><li>An established network within at least one relevant AlphaHire market.</li></ul><p>Relevant backgrounds may include enterprise SaaS, data and analytics, market intelligence, management consulting, professional services, private equity, construction, infrastructure, energy, engineering, or strategic advisory.</p> <p>This opportunity may be a strong fit if you have previously worked as an:</p><ul><li>Enterprise Account Executive</li><li>Strategic Account Executive</li><li>Major Account Executive</li><li>Client Partner</li><li>Account Director</li><li>Business Development Director</li><li>Consulting Partner, Principal, or Managing Director</li><li>Commercial Director</li><li>Strategic Partnerships or Channel Sales Director</li></ul><p>We are most interested in the business you have personally originated, the executive relationships you can credibly develop, and your ability to move a complex opportunity from initial conversation through collected revenue.</p><p>AlphaHire provides equal consideration to qualified applicants and contractors without regard to legally protected characteristics.</p>
