Currently working with international clients, and we are looking for a Thermal Systems Engineer who will contribute to the development of an Iron Air Battery, a large-scale energy storage solution, as a system-level specialist for cold-weather, heater, pump, insulation, and thermal-performance issues.</p><p></p><p>📍 Location: Remote<br /> 🕒 Experience Level: 5+ years<br /> 🌐 English: B2–C1<br /> </p><p> </p>Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Assess cold-weather operating and storage requirements, snow/ice effects, and self-draining concepts.</li><li>Evaluate heater and pump alternatives, thermal performance, duty cycles, isolation needs, and failure modes.</li><li>Coordinate thermal analysis with CFD, mechanical, electrical, materials, and validation teams.</li><li>Define thermal verification methods and review empirical test results supplied by the customer or vendor.</li><li>Develop recommendations balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and revalidation impact.</li></ul> Must‑Have Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>5+ years of thermal systems, thermal analysis, HVAC, energy systems, battery systems, or fluid-system engineering experience.</li><li>Strong fundamentals in thermal requirements, heat transfer, cold-weather design, freeze protection, heaters, pumps, insulation, and thermal interfaces.
