Description<p>ALTEN supports its customers’ development strategies in the areas of innovation, R&D and technological information systems.</p><p>Created more than 36 years ago and based in 30 countries, the Group has established itself as a world leader in Engineering and IT Services.<br />We work with key actors in the Aeronautics & Space, Defence & Naval, Security, Automotive, Rail, Energy, Life Sciences, Finance, Retail, Telecommunications and Services sectors.</p><p>With a financial turnover of more than 4.07 billion euros in 2023 and we currently have more than 57 000 employees all over the world.</p><p></p><p>Key responsabilities:</p><ul><li>Define component and system engineering requirements</li><li>Create and develop engineering designs and concepts</li><li>Perform packaging, tolerance, and feasibility studies</li><li>Develop CAD models, drawings, and engineering releases</li><li>Support CAE, prototype builds, testing, Sourcing and validation activities</li><li>Resolve design, manufacturing, quality, and launch issues</li><li>Collaborate with Internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers</li><li>Manage engineering changes and documentation</li><li>Proven background in concept-to-production vehicle development and problem-solving </li></ul> <ul><li>5y+ years of automotive/commerical vehicle engineering experience within relevant domain.</li><li>2y+ CAD experience (CATIA 3Dx, 3D Expereince or V5).</li><li>GD&T and tolerance analysis</li><li>DFMA & Serviceability principles.</li><li>Problem-solving and root cause analysis.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork.</li><li>English: C1</li></ul><p></p> <ul><li>Sueldo base</li><li>Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (incluye plan dental y visión)</li><li>15 días de aguinaldo</li><li>25% de prima vacacional</li><li>12 días de vacaciones (A partir del primer año)</li><li>Seguro social</li><li>Vales de despensa quincenales</li></ul>
