<p><strong>Qualification:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>12+ years of overall experience</strong>, including at least <strong>5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working at onsite /onshore role 5+ year.</li> <li> <p>Experience working directly and professionally with <strong>BPO’s, business users, and other key stakeholders</strong> to understand requirements, resolve issues, and drive successful outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p></li> <li>Lead <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM</strong> application support, configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Provide functional expertise across key SCM modules, including <strong>Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP/Planning, PIM, Cost Management, and expertise on OTM/ GTM will be an added advantage.</strong></li> <li>Lead <strong>business requirements gathering, process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design</strong>.</li> <li>Provide timely resolution and support for <strong>production incidents, service requests, and defects</strong> within defined <strong>SLAs.</strong></li> <li>Troubleshoot complex <strong>functional and integration issues</strong> and coordinate with technical teams and other subject-matter experts to drive resolution.</li> <li>Perform <strong>root cause analysis (RCA)</strong> for incidents and recurring production issues and recommend preventive measures and long-term solutions.</li> <li>Coordinate with <strong>Oracle Support</strong> on critical production issues, service requests, and escalations.</li> <li>Review <strong>Oracle quarterly updates</strong>, assess business Impacts and system impacts, evaluate new features, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.</li> <li>Support the <strong>Oracle Redwood UI transition</strong>, including feature assessment, configuration, testing, demonstrations, adoption, and end-user guidance.</li> <li>Evaluate and recommend relevant <strong>Oracle-delivered AI and automation capabilities</strong> applicable to SCM business processes.</li> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>functional documentation, test scripts, SOPs, process flows, and user training materials</strong>.</li> <li>Conduct <strong>customer demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities</strong> for business and support teams.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>Knowledge Transfer from Implementation Team</strong> and support Application.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for <strong>business process improvements, system optimization, and enhanced utilization</strong> of implemented Oracle SCM solutions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
