Your primary mission is to review scope-of-loss documents, identify missing components or code requirements, and negotiate supplements to ensure every project is fully funded and built to code.</div><div> <br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </div><ul> <li> <strong>Review & Analyze:</strong> Thoroughly evaluate insurance adjuster scopes of loss against our field notes, photos, and satellite reports (EagleView, Hover, etc.).</li> <li> <strong>Draft Supplements:</strong> Build and submit accurate, comprehensive supplemental estimates using <strong>Xactimate</strong>.</li> <li> <strong>Negotiate & Approve:</strong> Communicate directly with insurance adjusters to justify, negotiate, and secure approval for supplemental items.</li> <li> <strong>Track & Document:</strong> Maintain meticulous records of supplement statuses, approvals, and payouts within our CRM.</li> <li> <strong>Collaborate:</strong> Work closely with our sales team and project managers to gather necessary job site evidence (photos, measurements) to back up claims.</li> </ul><div> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong> </div><ul> <li> <strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically in roofing insurance supplementing or as an insurance property adjuster.</li> <li> <strong>Software Savvy:</strong> Advanced proficiency in <strong>Xactimate</strong> is strictly required.
