<div> <span>Position Summary</span> <p>The ERP Consultant partners with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Supply Chain Management solutions. The consultant will contribute throughout the full implementation lifecycle and bring functional depth in at least one of the following areas: supply chain management, warehouse management, or manufacturing. Professional fluency in both French and English is required to lead client conversations, facilitate workshops, prepare documentation, and deliver training in either language.</p><span>Key Responsibilities</span> <ul> <li>Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</li> <li>Facilitate client workshops in French and English to understand current-state processes, define future-state requirements, and align solutions to business goals.</li> <li>Evaluate business requirements against standard Dynamics 365 functionality and recommend practical, scalable solutions that follow leading practices.</li> <li>Configure Dynamics 365 F&amp;SCM capabilities within the consultant's area of expertise: supply chain, warehouse management, and/or manufacturing.</li> <li>Document business requirements, process flows, configuration decisions, test scenarios, and functional design documents for approved extensions or integrations.</li> <li>Partner with technical consultants, architects, project managers, and client subject-matter experts to support data migration, integrations, reporting, and solution delivery.</li> <li>Plan and support conference room pilots, sprint or program increment activities, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness.</li> <li>Deliver end-user and administrator training in French and English and develop clear supporting materials that enable successful adoption.</li> <li>Troubleshoot functional issues, manage assigned support cases in accordance with service-level expectations, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.</li> <li>Use Microsoft delivery and application lifecycle tools, including Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, Task Guides, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.</li> <li>Contribute reusable assets, lessons learned, knowledge articles, and continuous-improvement recommendations to strengthen Argano's delivery practice.</li> <li>Provide guidance to junior consultants and client SMEs when appropriate while maintaining ownership of assigned deliverables.</li> </ul><span>Required Qualifications</span> <ul> <li>Professional fluency in French and English, with the ability to lead workshops, write business and functional documentation, and deliver training in both languages.</li> <li>Three or more years of functional ERP consulting or implementation experience, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;SCM or Dynamics AX.</li> <li>Demonstrated functional expertise in at least one specialty area: supply chain management, warehouse management, or manufacturing.</li> <li>Experience translating business needs into system requirements, configurations, process designs, test scenarios, and functional design documents.</li> <li>Experience supporting multiple phases of an ERP implementation and working directly with client stakeholders.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps or a comparable application lifecycle management tool.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, facilitation, and client communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively across multicultural, multilingual teams and multiple time zones with limited direction.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, based on project and client needs.</li> </ul><span>Functional Expertise</span> <p><span><strong>Candidates should demonstrate depth in one or more of the following areas:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Supply Chain Management: procurement and sourcing, sales and order management, inventory management, master planning and planning optimization, product information management, or transportation management.</li> <li>Warehouse Management: inbound receiving and put-away, outbound picking and packing, wave and load planning, replenishment, license plating, barcode and mobile device processes, cycle counting, production picking, shipping, or carrier integration.</li> <li>Manufacturing: discrete, process, or lean manufacturing; bills of material and formulas; routes and operations; production execution; forecasting; cost management; engineering change management; or time and attendance.</li> </ul><span>Preferred Qualifications</span> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, supply chain, operations, engineering, computer science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.</li> <li>Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, such as MB-330, MB-335, or a current equivalent.</li> <li>Experience with Dynamics 365 data migration using the Data Management Framework.</li> <li>Experience with Power Platform, integrations, non-Dynamics warehouse or manufacturing applications, or industry-specific solutions.</li> <li>Prior consulting experience delivering solutions for clients in multiple industries or countries.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <br>Argano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
