Paylocity experience is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and other business applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel periodically to support business operations and strengthen partnerships with leaders and associates.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Location &amp; Travel</strong></p><p>This is a remote position supporting ADG's multi-state operations. To best align with business needs and collaborate effectively with leaders, <strong>candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p>While this role may support initiatives, projects, and business units across the United States, primary working hours should align with Eastern and Central Time Zone business operations.
