<p>Description</p><p> </p><p>At Asahi Intecc, you are joining a team of highly motivated and trained professionals driven by a commitment to innovation and education. In your new role you will be part of our field sales team, supporting educational efforts that encourage the clinical adoption of guide wire and micro catheter technology.</p><p>The position you have been hired for is remote and the principal area of focus will be in Minneapolis, MN., (SD, ND, and WI).</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><p>· Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Administrators, Department Managers, Physician Groups, Integrated Delivery Networks, Group Purchasing Organizations, and anyone that drives therapy adoption.</p><p>· Provide Educational, Sales and Clinical Support to Interventional Labs as part of our targeted sales process, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. </p><p>· Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and all applicable Asahi Intecc departments and/or employees. </p><p>· Meet with physicians and staff in the clinical or office setting to educate them on the correct use of Asahi products. </p><p>· Help maintain and expand our existing base of business, and position new Asahi Intecc products within the Region.</p><p><strong>Communication and Customer Support:</strong></p><p>· Attend and support coronary, peripheral and embolization interventional procedures in the procedural suites/ OR’s within the Region. </p><p>· Utilize our many Interactive Sales Models giving clinicians and staff the chance to get hands-on training while offering an understanding of our 4 Core Technologies.</p><p>· Organize and Implement Continuing Education programs working with our Territory Managers to create a rewarding and beneficial experience. </p><p>· Respond to customer pricing requests and product complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner, and within all corporate and FDA guidelines.</p><p>· Share market intelligence and competitive activity with your team, including sales leads, pricing request, and all pertinent account activity.</p><p>· Contribute to the development of a strong team effort and represent the Asahi tradition.</p><p> <strong>Self-Development and Product Knowledge:</strong></p><p>· Work with internal functions (National Fellowship and Clinical Manager, Regional Manager, National Sales Manager, Marketing, Training, Information Technology, Customer Support, etc.) to develop and meet your Business Goals (i.e. Sales Growth, New Product Trials, Continuing Education Programs, etc.).</p><p>· Understand complex coronary, peripheral and neuro disease states and interventional techniques, with a demonstrated ability to assist Physicians and Staff during the cases.</p><p>· Develop a thorough understanding of our competition and implement strategies to counter competitors.</p><p>· Maintain strong industry knowledge including the Reimbursement and Outpatient setting. </p><p>· Conduct all business activities in a manner that adheres to our ethics & compliance guidelines, and FDA requirements.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or Technical Certificate (Bachelor's degree preferred) </p><p>· Minimum 3-5 years of Interventional Experience (Cath Lab preferred). Must have</p><p>· Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Driving Record</p><p><strong>Physical Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>· The employee is regularly required to stand inside the Cardiac Cath Lab for long periods while wearing a lead apron. </p><p>· Employees must be capable of walking; sitting; using hands to reach, grab or balance; kneel, crouch, see, talk and hear in a standard hospital working environment, as well as independently from home. </p><p>· Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. </p><p>· Must have the ability to travel by car or airplane independently up to 70% of the time and work after hours if required by travel schedule or business issues.<br/> <br/> </p>
