Participate in client and prospect conversations as a subject-matter expert, providing an honest, substantive assessment of a practice's revenue cycle — not a sales narrative

What it takes to join the team:

Required

8–10 years of hands-on experience in physician billing and revenue cycle management

Deep, demonstrable expertise in denial management, AR aging analysis, and collections reporting

Direct experience with, or strong depth across, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, and/or Pain Management billing

Ability to read complex financial and collections data and explain it clearly and accurately to non-technical audiences

Strong communication skills; comfortable representing Assembly's expertise directly to practice leadership and physicians

A genuine interest in the mechanics of reimbursement — someone who enjoys understanding why something is happening, not just reporting that it is

Preferred

Experience across additional specialties beyond the three noted above
