<p>Sub-Family Definition</p> <p>The Mortgage Banking Sales area is responsible for selling mortgage banking products and services to individual and corporate clients. Activities may include:</p> <ul> <li>Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,</li> <li>Conducting client needs assessment</li> <li>Presenting mortgage solutions</li> <li>Managing the loan origination process</li> <li>Building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners</li> </ul> <h3>Career Specialization Definition</h3> <p>Mortgage Business Development Sales group identifies, evaluates and negotiates, new sales and marketing growth opportunities within the mortgage business. This work may include:</p> <ul> <li>Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new mortgage product development strategies</li> <li>Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, such as Realtor/builder relationships, affinity programs, and referral agreements, including financial arrangements and customer sharing consideration</li> <li>Prioritizing and tracking investments across new mortgage product development initiatives</li> <li>May be responsible for project managing/integrating new business ideas and/or acquisitions</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <h3>Career Level Definition</h3> <p>Applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
