<p>Position: Marketing Lead</p> <p>Location: Remote (Philippines)</p> <p>Job Type: Full time</p> <p>Work Schedule: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time)</p> <p>Base Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 PHP per month</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>Were looking for a Marketing Lead who can take ownership of growth and help scale our Infrastructure and Proxy business (Squidproxies.com) through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a smart, motivated marketer with proven experience driving measurable business results. Someone who can quickly understand our products, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies that directly impact revenue.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Growth Strategy & Execution</strong></p> <ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and sales growth.</li><li>Identify, test, and scale effective marketing channels to increase qualified leads and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.</li></ul> <p><strong>Campaign Management</strong></p> <ul><li>Launch and manage marketing campaigns (including Google Ads) across various digital channels.</li><li>Evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize based on data.</li><li>Oversee creative development ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing materials.</li><li>Strengthen brand awareness and positioning on various digital platforms.</li></ul> <p><strong>Market Research & Analytics</strong></p> <ul><li>Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform future campaigns.</li><li>Research competitors, trends, and emerging marketing opportunities in the tech space.</li></ul> <p><strong>Collaboration & Leadership</strong></p> <ul><li>Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.</li><li>Contribute to overall marketing direction and long-term strategy as the team grows.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul><li>At least 2 years of general marketing experience (Nice to have: Google Ads experience)</li><li>Experience working in a tech startup environment marketing software products</li><li>Demonstrated success in growing a business or sales pipeline from scratch through self-driven marketing initiatives</li><li>Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and metrics.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.
