You’ll work on complex, high-impact projects, architecting solutions, improving system performance, and delivering features that our users rely on every day. <p><strong>Build and maintain core platform features</strong></p> <ul> <li><p><strong>Feature development:</strong> Design, implement, and maintain Ruby on Rails features used daily by our users.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Code quality:</strong> Ensure maintainable, well-tested, and performant code.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Innovation:</strong> Propose and implement improvements that enhance user experience and functionality.</p></li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Improve performance and scalability</strong></p> <ul> <li><p><strong>Optimization:</strong> Identify bottlenecks and
