This position is fully remote on government-furnished equipment, with core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern.</p><p>(Military Veterans and HUBZone residents are highly encouraged to apply)</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p><strong>Provides systems engineering support for the technical architecture, environment configuration, and integration of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution with federal health systems.</strong></p><p><strong>Key Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Engineer the technical environment for the EPM solution, including development, test, training, demonstration, and production environments</li><li>Design connectivity between Oracle Cloud and federal source systems, including network paths, VPN, and secure file transfer</li><li>Coordinate the B2B gateway questionnaire and connectivity testing</li><li>Configure CAC-based single sign-on and identity integration with DoD identity frameworks</li><li>Support environment-level security hardening and provide technical evidence for the ATO</li><li>Troubleshoot system-level performance, connectivity, and integration issues</li><li>Maintain technical architecture documentation and environment baselines</li></ul><p><strong>Required Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</li><li>8+ years of systems engineering experience on enterprise IT programs</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and environment-configuration skills</li><li>Experience with identity federation and single sign-on (SAML) and CAC/PKI authentication</li><li>Working knowledge of networking, secure file transfer, and cloud connectivity</li><li>Experience documenting system architecture and environment configurations</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 background investigation and CAC eligibility</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Military Health System (MHS)</li><li>Experience integrating cloud SaaS platforms with DoD source systems</li><li>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle EPM Cloud administration experience</li><li>Experience with DoD network connectivity processes</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.</p><p>In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
