This is where cutting-edge science meets human compassion, and every innovation you contribute helps remove the fear of the unknown from some of life's most critical medical moments.</p> <p>If you're driven by purpose, energized by innovation, and ready to help shape the future of precision medicine at scale, this is where you belong.</p></div><p>BillionToOne is seeking an experienced <strong>Director / Associate Director, Oncology Product Marketing</strong> to lead the product marketing efforts for our oncology portfolio, including <strong>Northstar Select</strong> and <strong>Northstar Response</strong>.</p> <p>As the leader in Oncology Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy - from product positioning and messaging through go-to-market planning and execution.</p> <p>If you're a passionate product marketing leader with a proven track record of bringing innovative precision diagnostics products to market, enjoy collaborating across diverse teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Positioning & Messaging:</strong> Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and supporting resources that resonate with target audiences.</li> <li><strong>Lead Go-to-Market Strategy:</strong> Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and product enhancements, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Simplify Complex Science:</strong> Translate sophisticated clinical products into clear, compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, leave-behinds, trade show materials, advertisements, press releases, and other commercial assets.</li> <li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.</li> <li><strong>External Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Partner with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), patient advocacy organizations, and other external stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.</li> <li><strong>Internal Partnership:</strong> Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Service to ensure consistent messaging and flawless commercial execution.
