Responsibilities

Manage requests for system and reporting enhancements, including intake, triage, prioritization, status tracking, and coordination with engineering and reporting teams.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, scenario development, tester engagement, defect tracking, retesting, and release readiness.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across business systems and reporting outputs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
Experience defining KPIs and metrics, validating data, and translating operational information into actionable business insights.
Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating business needs into documented system, process, or reporting requirements.
Experience with business systems, data quality management, workflow improvement, and reporting processes.
Ability to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and other documentation that supports system enhancements.
Experience coordinating or supporting user acceptance testing, including defect documentation, retesting, and release readiness.
