This role will lead through a wide range of problem-solving situations, from strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis, and will prepare and execute regular program updates to senior management. This role acts as a primary interface between internal teams and Blueprints customers and is an integral part of Blueprint’s relationship strategy with our customers.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions to establish standard processes and quality experiences.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for improvements&nbsp;</li> <li>Plan and manage multiple parallel projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Maximize resource utilization for the greater good of the organization&nbsp;</li> <li>Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management&nbsp;</li> <li>Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have strong customer focus&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope&nbsp;</li> <li>Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus&nbsp;</li> <li>Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.&nbsp;</li> <li>Be a visible champion of Blueprint’s core values by amplifying those behaviors in the day to day&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs other related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li> <li>Financial Monitoring - Periodic reporting of spend and ROI of revenue adjustment investment per region vs annual budgets&nbsp;</li> <li>Time management and cross-team communications of all deliverables, including performance, planning, growth RoBs and ad-hoc documents and reporting related with RoBs. Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Performance presentations, Planning Meetings, Events, ROB documents and inputs, ad-hoc reporting, etc.&nbsp;</li> <li>Keep project and program stakeholders on target to meet required deliverables&nbsp;</li> <li>Regular business update report for LT reviews; Support, manage ROB, and write content for business management reporting&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>RoB Management</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Design, execute, and continuously improve the team’s rhythm of business, ensuring alignment across planning, performance reviews, growth initiatives, and financial workstreams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage end-to-end operational cadences, including performance, planning and growth RoB cycles.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive clarity in meeting objectives, preparation materials, decision tracking, and follow-through on action items.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Management Support</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Partner with leadership to manage operational priorities, strategic planning processes, and cross-functional initiatives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support financial processes, including OPEX tracking, forecasting alignment, and budget management in partnership with Finance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and maintain executive-ready materials (presentations, dashboards, and summaries) that communicate insights and progress against business goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead special projects to drive simplification, efficiency, and impact across business operations.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; able to tailor messaging for executives and broad audiences.&nbsp;</li> <li>Skilled at creating concise, impactful presentations and summaries.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to build trust and maintain relationships across multiple teams and functions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience&nbsp;</li> <li>5+ years of experience in program management&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to manage and lead large scale projects&nbsp;</li> <li>5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or program management roles.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p> <p>Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $115,000 to $120,000 USD annually, with a midpoint of <strong>$117,500</strong>.
