We guarantee you won’t find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint. </p> <p><strong>In This Role</strong></p> <p>You will create high-quality 3D artwork and visual concepts for a globally recognized gaming<strong> </strong>franchise, primarily supporting social media, paid media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and community-focused initiatives. You will translate creative briefs and strategic ideas into engaging visual work that feels playful, culturally relevant, and native to social platforms rather than overly promotional.</p> <p>This is a hands-on creative role for someone who combines strong 3D and concept-art expertise with a social-first mindset. You will work across multiple levels of fidelity, from rapid sketches and early visual explorations to polished key art and presentation-ready campaign assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional creative, marketing, social, and production partners while experimenting with emerging tools and AI-enabled creative workflows.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create high-quality 3D artwork, concept art, key visuals, sketches, mockups, and visual explorations for social media, paid media, marketing campaigns, franchise moments, and community activations.</li> <li>Translate creative briefs, business objectives, and marketing strategies into clear, compelling visual concepts.</li> <li>Develop environmental imagery, product visualizations, campaign assets, and creative mockups that establish and evolve a project’s visual direction.</li> <li>Produce presentation-ready materials that communicate creative ideas during planning, pitching, and concept-development stages.</li> <li>Create adaptable artwork for social platforms, websites, events, presentations, partner materials, and other marketing channels.</li> <li>Develop social-first creative that captures attention quickly, feels organic to the platform, and encourages engagement and sharing.</li> <li>Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, marketers, social specialists, producers, and other stakeholders to align work with strategic objectives.</li> <li>Explore multiple visual directions and incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.</li> <li>Stay current on trends across gaming, entertainment, social media, design, technology, and popular culture.</li> <li>Experiment with new creative tools, formats, and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate ideation, rendering, exploration, and iteration.</li> <li>Ensure all creative work meets established standards for brand consistency, accessibility, confidentiality, and community appropriateness.</li> <li>Develop work with engagement, reposts, and other relevant performance indicators in mind.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–7+ years of experience in 3D art, concept art, visual development, entertainment art, marketing design, gaming, or a related creative field. An exceptional portfolio may offset the years-of-experience requirement.</li> <li>A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D artwork, concept development, visual storytelling, sketches, mockups, key visuals, or campaign creative.</li> <li>Demonstrated social-first creative experience, including an understanding of what makes content engaging, shareable, and native to social platforms.</li> <li>Proven ability to take an idea from initial concept through polished execution.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, color, form, storytelling, and visual communication.</li> <li>Proficiency with industry-standard tools for 3D modeling, rendering, visual development, and image creation.</li> <li>Experience developing visual prototypes, campaign mockups, and concept materials that help stakeholders understand and align around creative ideas.</li> <li>Ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity, from rapid explorations to finished artwork.</li> <li>Experience creating artwork that supports both marketing objectives and audience engagement across multiple channels.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in rapid creative cycles, incorporate feedback, explore multiple directions, and maintain quality under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience working with cross-functional creative and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Sound judgment when creating content for a global audience and highly engaged fan community.</li> <li>Portfolio required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience creating social and marketing content for gaming, entertainment, or other culturally relevant consumer brands.</li> <li>Familiarity with sandbox games, gaming culture, online fan communities, and the ways gaming franchises appear in popular culture.</li> <li>Personal enthusiasm for and active engagement with the featured gaming franchise.</li> <li>Experience using AI-enabled creative workflows for ideation, concept development, design exploration, rendering, or iteration.</li> <li>Experience balancing brand standards with playful, organic, platform-native creative.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Top of Form</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Bottom of Form</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong> </p> <p>At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is <strong>$90,000– $100,000 per annum. </strong>Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
