Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives. Research and present personalized recommendations and solutions. Coordinate bookings, reservations, and related arrangements. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after services are delivered. Address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication.
