Job Description: Established multi state company seeking a contract attorney licensed in New York with experience handling employer side administrative, regulatory, and compliance related matters involving the New York Workers’ Compensation Board. The ideal candidate has experience advising employers on Board proceedings, compliance disputes, penalty matters, coverage related issues, and administrative responses. We are seeking someone who can review documentation, provide strategic guidance, and assist with drafting submissions and responses as needed.
