This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.</p> Key Responsibilities:<ul><ul><li>Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations </li><li> Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision </li><li> Client Strategy &amp; Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases </li><li> Draft &amp; Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents </li><li> Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy </li><li> Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction </li><li> Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience </li></ul></ul><p></p>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience</li><li>License: Required: Active North Carolina Bar license<br />Preferred: Dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas</li><li>Trial Background: Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results</li><li>Skills: Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities</li><li>Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Work Style: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment</li><li>Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments and functions<br /><br /></li></ul> <p>Competitive Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 (slightly negotiable based on experience)</p><p>Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere in North Carolina</p><p>Strong Support System: Dedicated paralegal and administrative support</p><p>Growth Opportunities: Clear path for professional development and advancement</p><p>Positive Culture: Collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team environment</p><p>Work-Life Balance: Flexible structure designed for experienced professionals</p><p>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and PTO</p>
