In this role, you will:

Proactively reach out to VIP clients via phone, email, and chat to maintain active engagement and uncover upsell opportunities
Build and nurture long-term, personalized relationships with your assigned portfolio of VIP players
Analyze player behavior and activity patterns to identify retention risks, reactivation opportunities, and moments for tailored offers
Cover assigned shifts on live chat and handle incoming VIP inquiries promptly and professionally
Communicate personalized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive offers aligned with the VIP program strategy

Skills you’ll need to bring:

Fluent Hungarian — excellent written and spoken communication is essential for client-facing work
Working proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian required for internal communication and reporting
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Experience in iGaming, online casino, or VIP/premium customer management will be a strong plus
