We connect qualified participants with projects that help improve and train emerging AI systems.</p><p><br></p><h2><strong>Role Overview</strong></h2><p><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Careerflow.ai">Human Data Labs</a> is seeking US-based contributors for the <strong>US Finance App Data Project</strong>, a short-term data collection project involving financial applications and services you already use.</p><p>In this project, selected contributors will export financial data from their <strong>own existing accounts</strong>, use a provided tool to remove personally identifiable information (PII), and submit the cleaned files for quality review.</p><p>To complete the project successfully, contributors must provide qualifying exports covering <strong>at least 9 financial apps/services</strong>, including required financial categories, as well as <strong>2 self-created financial artifacts</strong> such as a personal budget spreadsheet, tax workbook, or net-worth/debt tracker.</p><p><strong>You will never be asked to provide account passwords, login credentials, or live access to your financial accounts.</strong> The project specification states that redaction occurs locally on your device and only cleaned, redacted files are uploaded.</p><p><br></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Sign up and complete project onboarding and consent requirements through the designated project platform.</p></li><li><p>Export data directly from financial apps and accounts that you personally use.</p></li><li><p>Provide data from <strong>at least 1 app in each of the 5 mandatory categories:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Banking &amp; Neobanks</p></li><li><p>Credit Cards</p></li><li><p>Payments, P2P &amp; Wallets</p></li><li><p>Credit Score &amp; Identity</p></li><li><p>Tax Filing</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Provide exports from <strong>at least 4 additional eligible financial apps</strong>, for a minimum of <strong>9 apps total</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Submit <strong>2 self-created financial artifacts</strong>, such as budget spreadsheets, tax workbooks, or net-worth/debt trackers.</p></li><li><p>Use the provided PII-redaction tool to remove personal and banking identifiers before uploading your files.</p></li><li><p>Follow project instructions to ensure exports cover matching time periods and meet recency and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Review and resubmit files if they are returned for rework during the quality review process.</p></li></ul><p>The specification requires native exports such as CSV, PDF, XLSX, OFX, or equivalent rather than screenshots, synthetic data, AI-generated files, scraped information, account credentials, or live data feeds<br><br><strong>Examples of Eligible Financial Apps and Services may include:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Banking:</strong> Chase, Bank of America, Capital One, Wells Fargo, Citi, Ally Bank, Discover Bank, and others.</p></li><li><p><strong>Credit Cards:</strong> American Express, Chase, Capital One, Citi, Discover, Apple Card, Wells Fargo, and others.</p></li><li><p><strong>Payments &amp; Wallets:</strong> PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Google Pay/Wallet, Wise, and Splitwise.</p></li><li><p><strong>Credit &amp; Identity:</strong> Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, myFICO, and <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://AnnualCreditReport.com">AnnualCreditReport.com</a>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Tax Filing:</strong> TurboTax, H&amp;R Block, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://IRS.gov">IRS.gov</a>, FreeTaxUSA, TaxAct, TaxSlayer, Cash App Taxes, and others.</p></li></ul><p>Additional eligible categories include investing and brokerage, budgeting, crypto/digital assets, lending, student loans, mortgages, insurance, payroll/income, and retirement accounts.</p><p></p><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li><p>You must be <strong>18 years of age or older</strong>.</p></li><li><p>You must be a <strong>US resident</strong>.</p></li><li><p>You must have a <strong>regular earning stream</strong>.</p></li><li><p>You should be an experienced professional.</p></li><li><p>You must be comfortable using financial apps and downloading/exporting data from your own accounts.</p></li><li><p>You must currently use enough qualifying financial apps/services to meet the project's required coverage.</p></li><li><p>You must be able to follow detailed instructions and data submission requirements.</p></li><li><p>You should have strong attention to detail and be able to complete submissions accurately.</p></li><li><p>You must be comfortable using a provided tool to redact personally identifiable information before submission.</p></li><li><p>You must be able to complete the project within the required project timeline.</p></li></ul><p>The project requires participants to meet eligibility and consent criteria before participating.</p><p></p><h2><strong>Data Privacy &amp; Security</strong></h2><p>Protecting your information is an important part of this project.</p><ul><li><p>PII redaction takes place <strong>on your own device</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Raw exported files do not leave your device.</p></li><li><p>Personal and banking identifiers are removed before files are uploaded.</p></li><li><p>Account credentials and live financial data feeds are <strong>not collected</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Submissions go through automated quality checks and a final human review.</p></li><li><p>Data that does not receive Final Approval is not used and is deleted, with a Certificate of Destruction issued.</p></li><li><p>Only approved, anonymized datasets are used for the licensed program in accordance with your consent.</p><p><br></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Success in This Project</strong></h2><p>Successful contributors submit a complete, accurate, and properly redacted dataset that meets all project requirements and receives <strong>Final Approval</strong>.</p><p>A complete dataset requires all <strong>5 mandatory financial categories</strong>, at least <strong>4 additional eligible apps</strong> for a minimum of <strong>9 apps total</strong>, and <strong>2 self-created financial artifacts</strong>. Partial, rejected, or duplicate submissions do not qualify as approved datasets under the project specification.</p>
