<p>Description</p><p>· Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.</p><p><del>·</del> Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete collateral and trailing document packages as assigned.</p><p>· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in loan files.</p><p>· Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.</p><p>· Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.</p><p>· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.</p><p>· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and inclusive of communication to our clients and borrowers.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.</p><p>· Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of mortgage documents.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.</p><p>· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>· Proficient in mortgage software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>· Ability to adhere to production standards while thriving in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks without compromising quality</p>
