This is a crucial individual contributor role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced test automation frameworks, driving innovative testing practices, and significantly raising the quality bar across the entire development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a deep technical expert and a proactive mentor.<br/> <br/> This is a <strong>remote</strong> role all over Brazil!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Technical Design & Framework Ownership</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Architect and Develop: </strong>Design, develop, and implement highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable test automation frameworks from scratch across multiple platforms (e.g., web, API, backend services).</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Authority: </strong>Serve as the technical authority on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Evaluate and integrate new automated tools and technologies into the existing test infrastructure.</p></li><li><p><strong>Code Quality: </strong>Drive high standards for test code quality, structure, and maintainability, including code reviews for automation scripts and framework contributions from the SDET team.</p></li><li><p><strong>Non-Functional Testing: </strong>Design and execute advanced non-functional tests, including performance and load tests, and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Quality Strategy & Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Quality Advocate: </strong>Partner with development and product teams to integrate testing practices early in the development lifecycle (Shift-Left).
