<div>Role OverviewThis position is a new role at the organization. This position will lead the Financial Controller role for CAA and as such lead all accounting, regulatory reporting, internal management reporting, audit, tax reporting and compliance, internal control, and risk management. The ideal candidate must combine strong financial, operational and communication skills to help the organization be financially sound and efficient. This position will also oversee and ultimately own the Financial ERP of CAA (currently expected to be Workday Financials) and must ensure the ERP system remains viable to meet the accounting and reporting needs of CAA as the organization expands into multiple states across the US. This role has potential to scope up as CAA continues to grow.This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer of CAA and be a critical member of the Financial Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting Owner

Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required.

Experience creating, analyzing, reporting financial statements.
