In this role, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking related to client training activities and team operations</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report training-related expenses, including consultant-led training delivery</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain relevant reports, metrics, and KPIs</p></li><li><p>Coordinate invoicing activities for client training deliverables</p></li><li><p>Manage software, equipment distribution, and associated costs for the Client Education team</p></li><li><p>Maintain and support team databases, automated tools, and operational systems</p></li><li><p>Coordinate translation projects for training materials, including vendor management and stakeholder communications</p></li><li><p>Submit and track translation requests through vendor platforms</p></li><li><p>Communicate timelines, risks, and project updates to internal stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Support deployment, distribution, and testing of translated content</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate translation records and project documentation</p></li><li><p>Create purchase orders and process invoices related to translation services</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Additional responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Support onboarding and training of new team members</p></li><li><p>Educate internal and external stakeholders on administrative processes and best practices</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies</p></li><li><p>Participate in cross-functional initiatives and improvement projects</p></li><li><p>Create, review, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we look for:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Associate's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field</p></li><li><p>3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative, coordination, or operational support role</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team</p></li><li><p>Experience with budget tracking, invoicing, procurement, or vendor management is highly desirable</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting translation projects, training operations, or customer education programs is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems</p></li></ul><p></p><p>At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
