Onward and Upward!!!</span></p> <p> </p> <strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong> The Client Success Manager will support the Client Success team in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our <strong>healthcare IDN clients.</strong> This role will assist in managing client relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes through our technology solutions. This role requires a understanding of the healthcare provider space, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.   <strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> <ul> <li><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across healthcare provider organizations, serving as a trusted point of contact.</li> <li><strong>Onboarding &amp; Adoption:</strong> Support new client onboarding and training, ensuring effective use and ongoing adoption of our technology solutions.</li> <li><strong>Performance &amp; Insights:</strong> Monitor client performance metrics and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li><strong>Issue Management:</strong> Coordinate timely resolution of client issues and escalations by partnering closely with internal teams.</li> <li><strong>Client Advocacy:</strong> Gather and communicate client feedback to product and operational teams to inform enhancements and roadmap priorities.</li> <li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Prepare and present regular updates on client status, performance, and satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Contribute to developing best practices, tools, and processes that elevate the overall client experience.</li> <li><strong>Business &amp; Market Insight:</strong> Identify customer needs and expectations, monitor competitive dynamics, and collaborate with clients on tailored strategies.</li> <li><strong>Cross Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work seamlessly across departments to ensure alignment and deliver a cohesive client experience.</li> <li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure adherence to HIPAA and internal data protection standards; this role is designated as High Risk due to PHI exposure.</li> <li><strong>Values &amp; Flexibility:</strong> Demonstrate commitment to the Company’s core values and perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):</strong> <ul> <li>Must have 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, within the <strong>healthcare provider, IDN space, with managed services and software experience</strong>. </li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare technology and ability to learn new tools and systems (salesforce).</li> <li>Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape, including key challenges and opportunities.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex client issues and drive resolution.<br/>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.</li> <li>Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and demonstrate value to clients.</li> <li>Ability to qualify leads and some sales experience is preferred.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree or a related field.
