Onward and Upward!!!</span> <span><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong> </span><br/><span>Serve as an Integration Architect responsible for </span><span>overall system performance and management, change management, </span><span>cross-functional </span><span>team </span><span>engagement</span><span>.</span><span> This role ensures seamless interoperability across EHR platforms, third-party systems, and enterprise applications while supporting scalable, secure, and high-performing end-to-end workflows.</span></span><span> </span></span>   <span><strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span><br/><span>1. Understand and articulate product functionality and related workflows.</span><br/><span>2. Knowledgeable in customer workflows, industry best practices, regulatory requirements and compliance needs.</span><br/><span>3. Collaborate with customers and other project teams to define product design and configuration following industry best practices.</span><br/><span>4. Identify and determine inputs and work tasks needed to complete fully functional product configurations.</span><br/><span>5. Lead meetings and sessions with clients and other project team members to complete work tasks.</span><br/><span>6. Lead assessments of current workflows, configurations, and integrations, leading the discussion when appropriate, to recommend and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency and patient care improvements.</span><br/><span>7. Perform tasks that need independent judgment to implement EHR products and technology to meet customer needs. </span><br/><span>8. Manage the configuration needs for multiple concurrent optimization projects, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.</span><br/><span>9. Operate independently without assistance or guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with best practices</span><br/><span>10. Collaborate with customers to develop delivery roadmap and ensure successful execution of roadmap.</span><br/><span>11. Develop training materials, conduct virtual sessions, and offer ongoing consultation to support user proficiency and system utilization.</span><br/><span>12. Monitor project outcomes, track key metrics, and report progress to clients and internal leadership.</span><br/><span>13. Stay current with relevant Oracle Health Millennium updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform proactive optimization strategies.</span><br/><span>14. Mitigate risks and issues.</span><br/><span>15. Act as a mentor and coach to other consultants and team members.</span><br/><span>16. Influence customer roadmap and design.</span><br/><span>17.
