This role ensures </span><span>accurate</span><span> demographic capture, streamlined front-end processes, and seamless integration with downstream clinical and financial systems while aligning operational needs with scalable technical solutions.</span></span><span> </span></span></p> <p><strong><span>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span> Lead the architecture and configuration of patient registration </span><span>and discharges, health plans, and related </span><span>workflows.</span></span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span> Translate operational requirements from Patient Access into system specifications.</span></span></li> <li><span> Design and optimize demographic</span><span> workflows, identity management processes, and </span><span>ADT processes</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span> Support integration between registration systems, EHR modules, financial systems, and third-party verification tools.</span></span></li> <li><span> Oversee data integrity, duplicate prevention, MPI/EMPI strategies, and </span><span>accurate </span><span>demographic capture.</span></span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span> Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and audit requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span> Lead testing, validation, and readiness activities for new deployments or workflow enhancements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span> Provide go-live support, issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and stabilization leadership.</span></span></li> <li><span><span> Mentor registration analysts and contribute to governance, workflow standardization, and documentation practices.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>JOB SCOPE</span></strong><span>: </span></p> <p><span>The Registration Architect will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> the overall design and implementation of Oracle Health Millennium Enterprise Registration Management and EMPI applications. This role will work closely with the Revenue Cycle Architect to define operational workflows and application configuration.
