This entry‑ to mid‑level role is ideal for someone seeking hands‑on experience with enterprise Talent systems while contributing to a large‑scale transformation initiative.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div> <div> <ol> <li> <p>Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross‑functional check‑ins, stakeholder updates, and milestone reviews.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support calendar management, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation activities for system implementation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolution progress.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, action items, and stakeholder lists.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in feedback sessions and continuous improvement discussions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments and project teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrate the Company’s Core Competencies and values.</p> </li> <li> <p>Due to exposure to PHI and sensitive data, this position is classified as a <strong>High‑Risk Role</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on project needs.</p> </li> </ol> </div> <div> </div> </div><div>Qualifications</div><div> <div><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Must have 1–3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion.</p> </li> <li>Bachelors preferred.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div>The salary range for this position is $85K to $95K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity.
