What You Bring

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing Native advertising campaigns.
Proven track record scaling paid media campaigns profitably at meaningful spend levels (Native, Meta, Google, or similar)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of performance, separate signal from noise, and make confident, data-driven decisions.
