We are seeking an <strong>Enterprise Change Lead</strong> to help shape how the organization delivers and sustains large‑scale transformation, supporting enterprise priorities by enabling leaders and teams to navigate complexity, build momentum, and deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.</p> <p><strong>This opportunity offers the ability to work remotely from anywhere in British Columbia.</strong></p> <p><strong>What's the role?</strong></p> <p>As an <strong>Enterprise Change Lead</strong>, you strengthen the organization’s ability to absorb, adapt to, and sustain change by enabling the successful adoption of strategic initiatives through a consistent, enterprise‑level approach to change resilience. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Initiatives & Transformation, you work within the Strategy function, partnering with senior leaders, project teams, and key internal stakeholders to support the people, leadership, and delivery of complex change. The <strong>Enterprise Change Lead</strong> helps build and apply the organization’s enterprise change approach across priority initiatives, including mergers, digital transformation, operating model evolution, and enterprise system change. In doing so, the role strengthens leadership capability, improves organizational readiness and adoption, and increases the organization’s overall capacity for change to support a coordinated and sustainable approach to transformation.</p> <p>Your duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Enterprise change delivery across priority initiatives</li> <li>Change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessment</li> <li>Development and execution of practical change plans</li> <li>Adoption, readiness, and change risk measurement</li> <li>Alignment of change with enterprise delivery and priorities</li> <li>Enterprise planning with a focus on change capacity and sequencing</li> <li>Executive and leader advisory on leading and sustaining change</li> <li>Strengthening leadership capability and addressing resistance and change fatigue</li> <li>Evolution and maturity of enterprise change practices and capability</li> </ul> <p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completion of a college diploma or university degree in a related discipline. </li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience supporting Enterprise Change, transformation, or large-scale initiatives in complex organizations. </li> </ul> <p>Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:</p> <ul> <li>Formal training or certification in organizational change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, or equivalent college or university change management certificate) is considered an asset.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working on multi disciplinary, enterprise wide initiatives in regulated or operationally complex environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders without direct authority.</li> </ul> <p>If you’re an approachable problem solver who embraces self-development and life-long learning, you’ll be a great fit with us.</p> <p><strong>Who are we?<br /></strong></p> <p>Established in 1946, Coastal Community Credit Union puts people's needs first and invests in communities across Vancouver Island, the Discovery and Gulf Islands, and in North Central BC.
