Whether it's staff augmentation, dedicated IT teams, or general software engineering, we have opportunities for everyone to challenge themselves and take their career to the next level!</p> <p><strong>Position Location - This role is available in Latam.</strong></p> <p><strong>Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.</strong></p> <p><strong>How you’ll make an impact:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Product Strategy: Develop and own the product strategy and vision, aligning with client's mission to provide fast and reliable residential deliveries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development of innovative features and services throughout the product lifecycle.</p> </li> <li> <p>Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement in last-mile delivery services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.</p> </li> <li> <p>Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform decision-making.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated background in managing product roadmaps, setting priorities, and successfully driving feature releases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the software development process, including experience with APIs, and the ability to understand and translate customer needs into business and technical requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and teams from diverse backgrounds.</p> </li> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
