We create fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the families in our communities! <br /><br />We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee coach scheduling and workforce operations for youth sports programs across Canada. This role requires a combination of high-level coordination, real-time problem solving, and operational responsiveness to ensure programs run smoothly every day.</p><p></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li> Build, manage, and maintain weekly coaching schedules across multiple programs and regions across Canada </li><li> Coordinate staffing assignments based on coach availability, certifications, travel requirements, and program needs </li><li> Monitor schedule coverage daily and proactively identify potential staffing gaps </li><li> Respond quickly to last-minute coach cancellations, absences, and scheduling conflicts </li><li> Coordinate replacement staff and operational adjustments in real time to ensure uninterrupted program delivery </li><li> Communicate schedule updates and operational changes clearly to coaches, managers, schools, and partner organizations </li><li> Maintain accurate scheduling records and workforce tracking systems </li><li> Support onboarding logistics and scheduling setup for new coaching staff </li><li> Work closely with regional managers and leadership teams to ensure operational efficiency and program quality</li></ul><p></p>What We’re Looking For<ul><li> Highly dependable and responsive </li><li> Strong sense of accountability and ownership </li><li> Quick thinker with strong operational instincts </li><li> Team-oriented and professional communicator </li><li> Comfortable making decisions in real time</li></ul> <ul><li>Previous experience in operations coordination, workforce scheduling, logistics, dispatching, or staffing coordination </li><li> Strong organizational and multitasking skills </li><li> Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations </li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail </li><li> Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication platforms </li><li> Ability to work independently while managing multiple moving parts simultaneously </li><li> Experience in sports, youth programming, education, or multi-site operations is considered an asset</li></ul> <p>Compensation: $800-1200 USD per month plus bonus structure</p>
