<p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>North Carolina Connections Academy seeks a highly effective and student‑centered educational leader to serve as Manager of Counseling for its K–12 virtual program. This role provides leadership and oversight to ensure students receive comprehensive, high‑quality counseling services that support academic achievement, social‑emotional development, and college and career readiness. The Manager of Counseling plays a key role in maintaining a supportive, student‑ and family‑focused school culture while ensuring counseling services are delivered effectively within a virtual learning environment.</p> <p>The Manager of Counseling works remotely within North Carolina and reports to the School Leader.</p> <p><strong>School Summary</strong></p> <p>North Carolina Connections Academy is a public virtual school serving students across the state. The school delivers a personalized learning experience through the Connections Academy model, emphasizing strong family partnerships, academic rigor, and equitable access to student support services.
