How you will impact the organization… About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Coordinator & Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary contact and point man for the team, managing the end-to-end procurement process with a focus on contract lifecycle management, financial system workflows, and effective vendor negotiation. The ideal candidate excels at multi-tasking under pressure and maintaining clear communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The value you will deliver… Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, managing inquiries and setting clear timelines. Manage discussions with Vendors and play a key role in negotiating the final price. Coordinate renewal processes by engaging with representatives, obtaining quotes, and leading price negotiations. Manage the purchasing of goods from online stores and coordinate effectively with Value Added Resellers (VARs). Execute Finance AP tasks, including the creation and management of Requisitions and Purchase Orders (Req/PO). Monitor the completion of goods/services, ensuring accurate and timely receipt posting and approval follow-ups. Proven ability to negotiate effectively, even under high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in e-meetings, professional email, and phone correspondence. Strong problem-solving skills and a highly analytical, detail-oriented mindset. What you will bring to the table… 3+ years of experience in a technical role, coordinating meetings, managing an email queue and being a point of contact for managing inqueries. 1+ years of experience with Jira or Service Now or any other Project Managment or Ticketing Systems. 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role in either Marketing, Sales Support or Sales 1+ years of experience in deal negotiation You will stand out if you also have… Background in Sales or Marketing is highly desirable. Experience with Finance systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) is a major plus. A university degree is preferred but not required Additional details… Location requirements: Fully remote within Mexico Travel requirements: Once every other year to Los Angeles, CA Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
