<p></p><p>Position : AI Product Owner/Head of Product </p><p>Salary : Php 200,000 - 350,000 per month</p><p>Working Hours & Conditions : NZ Hours and Holidays </p><p>Employment : Independent Contractor</p><p></p><p>ROLE OVERVIEW:</p><p>We are looking for someone who can help turn product vision, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities into clear, delivery-ready work packages for an AI-first product team. </p><p>This person should not be a traditional project manager who only tracks tasks. They need to understand product delivery, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, release management, documentation, and how to prepare work so that AI-assisted developers and QA resources can execute effectively.</p><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p></p><ul><li>Support product planning and sprint preparation. </li><li>Convert product ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. </li><li>Help maintain roadmap discipline. </li><li>Coordinate sprint goals, release scope, and delivery status. </li><li> Work with leadership, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams. </li><li>Maintain delivery documentation. </li><li>Prepare release notes and internal enablement material. </li><li>Capture customer feedback and convert it into structured product inputs. </li><li>Help ensure work is ready for AI-assisted development. </li><li>Track delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers. </li><li>Support weekly sprint cadence and release governance.</li></ul> <p></p><ul><li>Product operations, product management, business analysis, or project delivery experience. </li><li>Experience working with software development teams. </li><li>Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. </li><li>Strong organisational discipline. </li><li>Strong communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities. </li><li>Understanding of SaaS product delivery. </li><li>Comfortable working in an AI-first environment. </li></ul><p>Preferred experience </p><p></p><ul><li>CRM, BI, SaaS, or workflow product experience. </li><li>Agile delivery. </li><li>Jira or similar delivery tools. </li><li>Product documentation. </li><li>Release management. </li><li>Customer feedback management. </li><li>AI tools for requirements, documentation, planning, and QA preparation. </li><li>Experience supporting early-stage product teams. </li></ul>
