Observing NZ business holidays</p><p></p><p>The client is a healthcare sustainability company helping hospitals safely reuse selected single-use medical devices through accredited remanufacturing.</p><p>Operating across New Zealand and Australia, the client helps hospitals reduce medical waste, lower costs and strengthen local supply chains while maintaining high standards of safety and product performance.</p><p>The company works with healthcare professionals and decision-makers across clinical, procurement, education and sustainability functions to support the transition towards a more circular healthcare system.</p><p>In this hands-on delivery role, you will convert overarching strategy into finished campaigns, engage key hospital decision-makers, and drive measurable acquisition outcomes using automated workflows and targeted content. </p> <p>Acquisition, Social Media & Paid Advertising</p><ul><li>Execute B2B digital acquisition campaigns designed to engage clinicians, nurses, procurement leads, and hospital decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand.</li><li>Convert online engagement into direct enquiries, hospital consultations, product collection requests, and tangible conversions.</li><li>Manage multi-channel social media content across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok where appropriate, utilizing tools such as Planable for scheduling.</li><li>Build, target, and optimize paid direct-response social campaigns, continuously testing creative assets, copy, and audience segments to maximize ROI from a modest ad budget.</li><li>Track advertising spend against key business outcomes, promptly adjusting or replacing underperforming campaigns.</li></ul><p></p><p>Content Creation, Personas & Website Management</p><ul><li>Translate complex clinical and sustainability concepts into compelling social posts, newsletters, landing page copy, and creative briefs.</li><li>Tailor tone and messaging specifically for distinct healthcare buyer personas, including clinicians, nurse educators, procurement teams, and sustainability leads.</li><li>Maintain brand integrity while performing routine Webflow updates (copy, images, forms, and landing pages), managing external web contractors when advanced technical support is required.</li></ul><p></p><p>Email Marketing & HubSpot Automation</p><ul><li>Design, schedule, and execute regular newsletter communications, onboarding journeys, and nurture workflows via HubSpot.</li><li>Build automated multi-touch sequences, lists, and segments based on user roles, geographical locations, and lifecycle stages.</li><li>Perform regular CRM maintenance to eliminate duplicate or low-quality data, ensuring accurate contact attributes and strict adherence to marketing preferences.</li></ul><p></p><p>Reporting, Tracking & Project Delivery</p><ul><li>Monitor cross-channel performance metrics, focusing on commercially meaningful lead acquisition rather than vanity engagement metrics.</li><li>Prepare concise weekly delivery updates and monthly performance reviews detailing channel ROI, campaign outcomes, and strategic next steps.</li><li>Maintain an organized marketing calendar to manage campaign cadences, recurring approvals, and key deliverables.<br /></li></ul><p></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p></p><ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ownership over multi-channel campaign execution.</li><li>B2B & Social Paid Advertising: Strong track record managing organic and paid social channels, specifically leveraging LinkedIn for B2B acquisition and lead generation.</li><li>CRM & Automation: Practical, advanced experience using HubSpot (or a comparable enterprise marketing automation tool) to build sequences, segmentation lists, and nurture workflows.</li><li>Content & Website Operations: Superior copywriting and editing skills, paired with basic Webflow content management capability (or experience managing web developers).</li><li>Analytical & Budgeting: Demonstrated ability to optimize modest marketing budgets, manage campaign attribution, and evaluate direct-response metrics.</li><li>Schedule & Location: Ability to work full-time aligning with New Zealand business hours (Australian business hours considered) in a dedicated remote setup.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English language skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li></ul><p></p><p>DESIRED (NOT REQUIRED):</p><p></p><ul><li>Direct prior experience marketing within the healthcare, medical device, hospital services, or circular-economy/sustainability sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare buyer personas and decision-making structures across Australia and New Zealand.</li><li>Experience using outbound research and data enrichment tools such as Apollo or Clay.</li><li>Proven track record in supporting behavior change or championing internal advocacy within large enterprise organizations.</li></ul>
