The role is responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and equipment performance.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>This position is part of the Commercial Department of LBS located in Hong Kong and will be remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, matrixed organization and want to help build a world-class customer support organization, read on.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Leica Biosystems instruments and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide on-site, remote, email, and phone-based technical support for digital pathology, advanced staining, and core histology products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct instrument installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and customer training in accordance with standard procedures and quality requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Customer Care, and Technical Support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and minimize instrument downtime.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support service growth by identifying service opportunities, maintaining accurate service records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>The essential requirements of the job include:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience in clinical diagnostic or life sciences instrumentation service.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage customer issues effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, with excellent customer-facing communication skills and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><div><p><span><span>Leica Biosystems</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span>a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
